Beechwood West #1 Homes Association Inc. (the “Association”) collects personal information from its members, staff and guests and uses that information for program planning, contact information and to meet legal obligations. We collect names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and ages for program registration and communications. Additional information such as SIN, banking information, emergency contacts, etc. is collected for staff.

In all circumstances, the Association will endeavour to limit the collection of personal information to only those items that are necessary to provide the best service to all members, associates and guests and to fulfill legal obligations.

The Association is committed to safeguarding personal information through the use of security standards and procedures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Personal information of members, staff, and guests will not be sold, leased, rented or otherwise provided to any third party other than those contracted to provide services to the Association or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

This Privacy Policy may be changed by the Association from time to time without prior notice. The collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by the Association will be governed by the version of this Policy in effect at that time.
