Beechwood West 1 Tennis Ball Machine

BW1 board is proud to provide our members access to a tennis ball machine. To gain access to the machine you will need to:

• Be a member of the BW1 association

• Have a tennis key fob to gain access to the tennis courts

  • If you do not have one, please see the tennis key fob section of our site

  • Fill out this form

  • Be 18+ years old

  • Have a smart phone running Android or iOS (download the August app (August App for Android and iPhone | August))

• Pay a yearly fee of $60/season per user (EMT to treasurer@beechwoodwest1.ca with details indicating your address and that it is for 'tennis ball machine')

• Complete in person training (you will be contacted to schedule a date)

• Sign and return a safety waiver (available for download here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fNREEI-e8HoLDmyeveqe7f0-ebq2X8yQ/view?usp=sharing)

  • You can email it to tennis@beechwoodwest1.ca when complete or bring it to the training

The ball machine is locked up in a shed near court #1 and is only available for use on court #1. To reserve it, simply book court #1 using the tennis reservation site and unlock the shed using the app to gain access to the ball machine. When finished, return the ball machine and balls to the shed and ensure it's locked up.
